How does The New York Pass work?

Choose from a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 10-day pass and enjoy unlimited access to as many attractions as you want during that time. Just show your digital pass when you arrive at each attraction.

How many attractions are included in The New York Pass?

You can choose from over 100 attractions, including all of New York's major must-sees. Your pass also includes experiences like cruises, guided tours, and a ticket for the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus.

Do I need to book attractions in advance?

While most attractions don't require advance reservations, some—like guided tours and the Empire State Building—do require booking ahead due to high demand. You can check which ones and make reservations directly through the app (full details are in the voucher you'll receive after purchase).

How is the pass activated?

Your pass activates the moment you enter your first attraction, and from that point on, it's valid for the consecutive days you selected at purchase. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on a Tuesday afternoon, you can use it for the rest of Tuesday, all day Wednesday, and all day Thursday.

Do children need a pass?

Children ages 3 to 12 qualify for reduced pricing on passes. Kids under 3 are free at most attractions, so they don't need a pass.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

No, each attraction can only be visited once during the validity period of your pass.

How do I redeem my ticket for a New York Yankees game?

Your pass includes one grandstand level seat, which you redeem at the box office. Tickets are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving at the stadium box office early to scan your pass and secure the best available seat.
