Step by Step

How does the New York Pass work?

Pick a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 10‑day pass. For those consecutive days you can visit as many included attractions as you like. Just show your digital pass at the entrance and you’re in.

How many attractions are included with the New York Pass?

You’ll have access to 100+ attractions, including New York’s top landmarks. Your pass also covers extras like cruises, guided tours and a ticket for the hop‑on hop‑off sightseeing bus.

Do I need to book attractions in advance?

Most attractions don’t require a reservation, but some high‑demand options (like guided tours or the Empire State Building) do. You’ll see which ones in the pass app and in the voucher we’ll email you, and you can book directly from there.

How is the pass activated?

Your pass activates when you enter your first attraction. From that moment, it’s valid for the number of consecutive days you chose. For example, if you activate a 3‑day pass on Tuesday afternoon, you can use it on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Do children need a pass?

Kids aged 3–12 have reduced‑price passes. Most attractions are free for children under 3, so they usually don’t need a pass.

Can I visit an attraction more than once?

No. Each attraction can be visited once per pass.

How do I redeem my ticket for a New York Yankees game?

Your pass includes a seat in the grandstand level, redeemed at the Yankee Stadium ticket office. Tickets are assigned on a first‑come, first‑served basis, so get there early to scan your pass and secure the best available seat. Check the pass app for game times and full details.
