Step by Step
Discover the underwater world through a highly immersive experience at the Shark Reef Aquarium in Las Vegas. You'll engage your senses to see, hear and touch some of the more than 2,000 animals in the region's most iconic aquarium.
In this activity, you will explore the more than 100 sharks of 15 different species in the aquarium's large tanks. In addition, you will be able to appreciate the vast biodiversity of the sea, such as angelfish, parrotfish, piranhas, jellyfish and much more.
Inside the Shark Reef aquarium there is a pool style aquarium where you can get up close to touch crabs and manta rays, in a safe and caring environment to ensure the wellbeing of the animals and visitors. There is also a wide variety of reptiles including green turtles, golden crocodiles, pythons and Komodo dragons.
You will enter without queuing or waiting, so you can tour the aquarium at your own pace, making the most of this educational activity. In addition, the aquarium has tanks that form tunnels, so you can experience what it's like to walk along the bottom of the sea.
Either before or after the tour, when you feel you've seen too many fish, reptiles and sharks, you can enter the Mandalay Bay hotel's casino. There, you can responsibly test your luck and have some fun before returning to the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.
