How does the Madrid All-Inclusive Pass work?

Once purchased, the Madrid All-Inclusive Pass will be sent to your email address along with instructions, so you’ll simply need to show the digital pass at the entrance to the places you visit. You can also choose to print it out. You’ll also be sent a guide listing everything you can do and visit, instructions on how to book tickets for the most popular attractions, and all the information on how the pass works and how to activate it. For added convenience, you can sync your pass with the app provided so you have all the information to hand on your smartphone.

How do I activate the pass?

To activate it, simply use it at the first attraction you decide to visit. From that moment on, the days you have booked will start counting. Please note that the days count naturally, i.e. a day starts at 00:00, so we recommend you always activate your pass in the morning to make the most of it. You have up to 2 years from the date of purchase to activate it.
