What does the Madrid Essentials Pass include? This pass gives you access to 3 experiences to choose from a selection of activities in Madrid and its surroundings, such as museums, guided visits, tours or gastronomic proposals. Everything is managed from a mobile app, which makes planning much easier.

How long is it valid for? The pass remains active for 30 days from the moment you use it for the first time. If you haven't activated it yet, you can do so within a year of purchase.

How do I use it? After purchase, you will receive the pass by email in digital format. You can then link it to the Go City app to check timetables, availability and bookings. Activation takes place when you access the first experience. From then on, all you have to do is show the QR code when you arrive at each activity.

Do I have to choose the experiences before I buy them? No. You can do it later, as you organise your stay in Madrid.

Are there any experiences that need to be booked in advance? Yes. Some experiences require advance booking, which is clearly indicated on the app.

Can an experience be repeated? No. Each activity included in the pass can only be enjoyed once.

Is there a children's mode? Yes. There is usually a pass for children between 3 and 12 years old, and many activities are free for children under 3 years old.
