Giant pandas are one of the main attractions at Adelaide Zoo, and with this ticket you can round off your general visit to the zoo with the special ‘Panda & Friends’ experience. This experience is designed for those who want to go beyond a conventional tour and get to know these animals better.

The experience begins in the morning with a guided tour. During the activity, you’ll learn more about the giant pandas and other zoo residents, with explanations that reveal details about their behaviour, characteristics and care.

Morning tea is also included as part of the experience. The group is limited to a maximum of 25 people, allowing you to enjoy a more structured activity before continuing your visit to the rest of the zoo.

Your ticket also includes full-day access to Adelaide Zoo. You can explore its more than 8 hectares and discover animals from different regions of the world, including giraffes, Sumatran tigers, Komodo dragons and wallabies.

Throughout the day, you’ll also be able to attend scheduled presentations by the keepers and enjoy activities such as the Free Flight Bird Show, depending on the day’s programme. This makes the Panda & Friends experience the highlight of a full day dedicated to wildlife.
