Step by Step

Immerse yourself in Ronda's rich history as you stroll through the narrow, winding streets of its old town. Your guide will explain the origins of the city, from its Muslim fortifications to the splendour of the 18th century, reflected in the architecture around you.

As you enter the modern quarter, you'll discover how Ronda has managed to preserve its essence while expanding its cultural offerings. You'll see Renaissance façades, stately palaces and lively squares marked by murals and local crafts.

The jewel of the tour is the New Bridge, built at the end of the 18th century, which connects the old and new parts of the city over the imposing Tajo de Ronda. From its viewpoints, you will enjoy panoramic views of the valley and its winding hills.

One of the most special moments will be the visit to the Casa Museo Don Bosco, an early 20th century modernist palace overlooking the cliff. You will walk through its halls and terraces, and you will understand why this building is a privileged witness to the artistic and social evolution of the city.

To close, you'll stroll through the Plaza de España, opposite the Town Hall, where you'll enjoy an overview of Ronda and its Christian and Moorish heritage, with your guide's advice on the best viewpoints, restaurants and corners to explore further.

Good plan if you have little time: you see the essentials with a guide who summarizes the important things. Ronda is a jewel.

I was surprised by how well preserved the viewpoints of the Alameda are. The guide was attentive to questions and very approachable.

Very complete and punctual tour. The end in Plaza de España is close to bars and shops. I would do it again.
